This is a high energy class with 3 components of attack, Hitt and conditioning.

Attack training is high energy aerobic patterns choreographed to music to motivate you.

High Intensity training, timed efforts which are designed to push you to your limit using a range of body weight exercises.

Conditioning – This compromises Body weight conditioning based exercises including a core workout.

This class is certainly a calorie burner.

Benefits include: Increased Body Density, Improved cardio vascular fitness, improved body composition just to name a few.

 

Anna’s professional and friendly approach to her fitness classes has encouraged me to continue to much improved fitness and strength.
